Setting Read-Only Password on MT4 and MT5 Accounts

You can set a read-only password after logging into both MT4 and MT5 platforms. Below are the steps for each:

For MT4:

1. Open 'Tools' → 'Options' in MT4 and click on the 'Server' tab.
2. Click "Change Password."
3. Enter your MT4 login password in the "Current password:" field.
4. Select 'Investor (read-only) password.'
5. Enter the desired password in the "New password" and "Confirm" fields, then click OK.

For MT5:

1. Open 'Tools' → 'Options' in MT5 and click on the 'Server' tab.
2. Click "Change" next to 'Password.'
3. Select 'Change Investor (read-only) password.'
4. Enter the desired password in the "New password" and "Confirm" fields, then click OK.
