For PC Users (MT4):
- Launch MT4 and navigate to "File" -> "Open Data Folder."
- Open the "logs" folder and select the date of your choice.
For Smartphone Users (MT4):
- Open MT4 and go to "Settings" -> "Journal."
- Choose the desired date.
- Tap the email button on the top right corner, add a description of at least 20 characters, and tap "Complete."
- Change the recipient address to the Support Team (support@titanfx.com) and send the email.
How to Retrieve a Log File in MT5:
For PC:
- Open MT5 and select "File" -> "Open data folder."
- Navigate to the "logs" folder.
For iPhone (MT5):
- Open the MT5 app and access the journal via "Settings" -> "Log display."
- Choose the relevant date.
For Android (MT5):
- Access the "Log history" from the app.
- Select the desired date from the calendar on the top right.
Providing the log file to the support team helps us to identify and resolve the issue faster.
