If you've forgotten your MT4/MT5 password, refer to the email titled "Titan FX MT4/MT5 Account Now Available" for your password details. If you're unable to locate the email or don't remember the password, follow these steps:
Change on the Client Cabinet:
- Log in to the Client Cabinet.
- In the Dashboard screen, click "Trading Account Login Detail".
- On the right side of the account, click "Reset MT4/MT5 password".
- Enter a new password and click "Reset MT4/MT5 password".
Change on MT4:
- In MT4, open Tools -> Options, and click on the "server" tab.
- Click Change Password and set a new password.
Change in MT5:
- Open MT5, go to Tools -> Options, and click on the "server" tab.
- Click 'Change' next to 'Password' and set a new password.
Password requirements: At least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase alphabet, lowercase alphabet, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&_+?, etc.)
