To submit documents for identity verification, please use the “Client Cabinet.” Follow these steps:
- Log in to the Client Cabinet.
- Click on your account holder’s name at the top-right, then select “Profile.”
- Navigate to “Identity Verification and KYC Information” – “Account Holder’s Information.”
- Upload the necessary documents using the File Uploader.
Alternatively, you can click on "Complete Onboarding" in the "Deposit" and "Withdraw" tab

*The maximum size that can be uploaded from the client cabinet is 8MB, and file formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.
If you are unable to upload, the above may be the cause, so please reduce the size of the image or check the file format and try uploading again.
