How to use a promotion code
1. Log in to your client cabinet > Promotions > Promotion Codes.
2. Enter the promotion code.
3. Select your account from the drop-down menu.
*Only accounts that are eligible for the promotion code you entered will be displayed.
4. Click the "Redeem" button.
5. Click "OK" to complete.
About error messages
If you enter an invalid promotion code, an error message will be displayed. In that case, the following situations may be possible, so please check the displayed message.
The promotion code you entered is:
- Already active
- Expired/campaign for the code has ended
- Does not exist
- You do not have an account eligible for the campaign
Example: The only account eligible for the campaign is a micro account, but you do not have a micro account
If you want to use a new promotion code
If you try to use a different promotion code even though you already have one in use, the following screen will be displayed. If you want to use a new promotion code, click "Yes".

How to confirm your participation in the promotion code
When you register your promotion code, you will receive a registration completion email with the following subject.
Subject: Registration of promotion code ○○○○ (※) has been completed!
(※) This is the promotion code you registered.
By receiving this email, you can confirm that your participation in the promotion has been completed.
The email contains information such as the applicable trading account, so please check it and keep it safe until the end of the promotion.

I want to check if I am eligible for cashback
The cashback for each promotion code campaign will be finalized after a thorough review by the responsible department.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot inform you of whether or not you will receive a cashback or whether you meet the conditions during the cashback calculation period. We appreciate your understanding. Please wait until the day the cashback is finally made.
In order to receive the cashback, please meet the deposit and transaction requirements for each promotion code campaign.

Cashback not granted
If you meet the conditions for cashback but still cannot confirm the cashback even after the cashback grant date, please contact us by email from your currently registered email address with the following customer information and details of the promotion campaign you are participating in.
