Steps for Withdrawal
1. After logging in to the client cabinet ( https://traders.titanfx.com ), click "Withdrawal" from the menu.
2. From "Select the account to withdraw from", select the account you want to withdraw from, and from "Select the withdrawal method", select "Credit card".
3. Under "Select a credit card", select the credit card you want to refund.
* The amount that can be withdrawn will be displayed based on the cumulative amount of past credit card deposits. Please withdraw up to the displayed amount.

4. Select the amount from the list under "Select withdrawal amount" or enter the desired amount directly in the "Or enter your own amount" field and click the green withdrawal button.
* At this point, the withdrawal request will be sent, but the withdrawal procedure is not completed.
5. After submitting your request, an email with the subject "Titan FX: Please confirm your withdrawal request" will be sent to your registered email address. Click the "Confirm Withdrawal" button in the email body.
*Please perform this operation on the same device as the one you are logged into your client cabinet with.
6. You will receive an email notifying you that your withdrawal has been completed, "Titan FX: Credit Card Withdrawal Completion Notification: Account xxxxxx", and the withdrawal procedure will be complete.
*If the "Confirm Withdrawal" button is not clicked within 1 hour, it will become invalid. If this happens, please repeat the procedure.
